Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, what it is used for, how long it is kept and what rights the user has over it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data controller

The controller is the owner of this site, whose identification, address and telephone number are stated in the legal notice.

What data is collected, and from where

Only what the user voluntarily provides in the contact and quote request forms: full name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of the message. Optionally, industry sector, equipment of interest and estimated airflow.

The website includes no advertising tracking tools. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, to serve and protect the site.

What it is used for

To answer the enquiry or prepare the technical proposal requested, and to maintain the commercial communication arising from that request.

It is not used for unsolicited marketing, is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and is not used for any automated decision-making.

Legal basis

The user's consent, given expressly by ticking the form checkbox before submitting (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry addressed to the company (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long it is kept

For as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where it leads to a commercial relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory limitation periods. It is then deleted or anonymised.

Who else may process it

The providers required for the site and the email service to work, acting as processors solely on the controller's behalf: the web hosting and form handling provider, and the corporate email provider. Their details are listed in the table on this page.

The hosting provider is established outside the European Economic Area. That international transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, as recorded in the data processing agreement signed with that provider.

No other disclosures of data are made, except where legally required.

User rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise them, write to the controller at the address given in the legal notice, call by telephone, or use the contact form on this site, providing proof of identity.

The user may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

Security

The site is served fully encrypted (HTTPS) and reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised access to the data.
